The parking lot had a good amount of lighting, and is off the main road a bit so it feels more secure. the building was clean, and the pair and appearance of the building was nice. The lobby and halls were well kept and clean, not trash or questionable stains. We stayed in a king room, and it was very spacious for the price. the bed was really comfortable, and it did not have that typical hotel smell.

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There's a very small room with workout equipment but it did the job. One of the staff even brought me a bottle of water during my workout!

Friendly staff; 2 or 3 of us slept well/were comfortable in beds/pull out; temperature of room; everything worked (TV, fridge, etc). Enjoyed the provided breakfast. Everywhere else was pretty much booked, so we were so grateful to get one of your last rooms! For a booked hotel, it didn't seem crazy-busy, loud, etc., which was nice.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and was surprised by the amount of choices that were available (sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits with gravy, muffins etc). I also upgraded my room for a little extra, and was surprised by how big our room was and how comfortable the bed was too. The air conditioner worked great. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and rags. The little sitting area had a fridge, microwave and small couch to relax. It's definitely one of the better hotels that we've stayed in.

Room size was great, the staff was very friendly, Tyler was the over night front desk staff she was very kind, accommodating, I wasn't able to sleep, I ask for coffee she offered to fix me some fresh, she was very friendly. I appreciate her for doing that and talking with me when I needed to talk to someone.

I was able to get a superior king suite with a hot tub for less than any surrounding hotels were charging for a standard king room without a jacuzzi. Also, the location was great for our purposes - 10 minutes from two kings casino and Carowinds.

I had to book a hotel at the last minute due to an impending snow storm on my original arrival date. The Comfort Inn was the best price, so I resigned myself to enduring the stay since it would only be for two days. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. this hotel was clean and comfortable, had a full buffet for breakfast, and provided a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you for a job well done!

The breakfast was good. Staff let us know there was a slight delay with the elevators and some guests let us know as well. No problem, we took stairs or waited and talked to other guests.
